Digital e-styling for rental of premises

We at Vidéa were commissioned to help Backahill Fastigheter visualize the potential of an empty space for rent. The customer sent us photographs of the premises, which we used as the basis for the digital interior design.

By carefully matching perspective and light in our 3D software, we created realistic and inspiring interior images. Working with Bülow Design, the space was digitally decorated with stylish 3D furniture and details to illustrate a modern office landscape, a welcoming entrance and a workspace with a lounge area. The result is vibrant and attractive imagery that helps potential tenants see the full potential of the space.
