3D visualization of office space from architectural drawings

For Fastpartner, Vidéa has produced inspiring 3D visualizations of an office space at Södra Skeppsbron 17 in Gävle, a bright and business-adapted space with a view of both Gavleån and Godisfabriken.

Unlike simple e-styling, in this project we built the entire space from scratch in 3D, based on the client's architectural drawings. New window sections have been added to the model, to show what the view will look like after remodeling, something that would not have been possible to show with traditional e-styling.

To reproduce the surroundings in a realistic way, we photographed the environment around the premises with a 360° camera. The panoramic images were used both as backgrounds and light references in the 3D scenes, creating a credible and atmospheric whole.

The space was furnished in 3D according to the client's interior design proposals and then rendered as still images. This technology also allows the creation of 360° panoramic views for virtual tours, which can be easily supplemented as needed.
