Interactive 3D experience for Kraftringen

Vidéa was commissioned by Kraftringen, a regional energy company focused on providing a secure, sustainable, and future-proof energy supply, to visualize its operations and projects in the form of an interactive 3D experience.

We built a stylized 3D world based on Lund’s actual geography, where users can explore the city, click on interactive hotspots, and access information about Kraftringen’s various initiatives—all directly in their browser, whether on a mobile device or a computer. Fiber networks, district heating, cooling, data centers, and much more, presented in context in a way that makes it easy to understand how the business operates.

To give the environment a sense of realism and dynamism, we animated trams, an air ambulance, and wind turbines—details that make the world feel alive and keep the user engaged for longer.

The solution is optimized for both desktop and mobile devices and can also be provided as a standalone offline solution, making it ideal for trade shows, showrooms, or touchscreen displays.
