When SkandiaMäklarna in Malmö prepared to market a unique townhouse in Limhamn, featuring an extension designed by renowned architect Gert Wingårdh and showcased in the TV series Husdrömmar, they turned to Vidéa for help.

Our task was to digitally visualize the potential of the home’s unfinished roof terrace. Through 3D visualization, we created an inspiring and realistic environment that clearly showcased the terrace’s possibilities for prospective buyers.

The Brief - The goal was to design a harmonious and inviting outdoor space, featuring:
• Wooden decking
• Outdoor furniture
• Greenery and decorative details

All elements were carefully adapted to match the building’s architecture and the charming coastal surroundings of the Limhamn fishing village. The final visualization was a warm, vibrant terrace scene that complemented the home’s character and added emotional appeal to the property’s presentation on Hemnet.
